Hi folks,
it's a very long time that I haven't posted some work here but now I thought it would be nice to get some response to my current project.
It is my concept/idea for the Evermotionchallenge2018 and yet not finished although I am happy with the progess so far.
People (hair, clothes, skin) still need more love in detail ...
Looking forward to your comments.
Ron

Whoa....
I don't know how you did it, but this image packs a ton of detail and energy without feeling crowded.
Imagery is all over the place, but in an excellent way, visually interesting and pleasing.
A small detail which may enhance some realism would be a smidge Depth of Field to blur the background a little bit.

Thank you Notiusweb for your kind words!
I simply tried to imagine how it would be looking if I would be sitting in that Cafe making a pause from reading the magazine article about "A Day in The City" ...
I will do what you suggested and tweak the look with DOF and some improvements in skin and clothes materials ...

If it isn't encroaching into your job, would you mind telling what city (cities) were taken as models for this render? The North European city house/ultramodern glass building contrast is quite a rare encounter in real life (there are often several boroughs between the traditional 19th century houses and the skyscrapers) but not unheard of.
This city is fictive and was not meant to mimic an existing town. If necessary, maybe London could be an example.
The idea behind the scene is driven by the motto of the evermotion challenge "A Day In The City" and I wanted to portrait the contrast between historical and modern architecture.

Nice but speaking frankly the CG peoples in foreground ruins the scene…
The orientation of the tree leaves looks somewhat odd.
