Soooo, back again ;)
I have implemented a simple routine. With that i hope there is no flipping in the tangent vectors on strand curves.
It´s relative simple, is the angle between the actual and the following tangent vector greater then 45 degrees, i negate the following tangent ;)

Maybe you can find any flip in the picture...
