I get this error
I deactivetad both my licenses but I cannot get to put it in no octane anymore, always same message, even with 2.3 v3 v4 and v5....
What am I doing wrong?

The problem is that I've been waiting for more than an hour already and same error I get
I have 2 licenses and deactivate both but I don't get a dialog box to insert it...directly appears this error above.
