Upgrade Issue

Hi! We are a design company using octane render with cinema 4d.
Lately, We have tried to upgrade some of our licenses from V3 to V4.
But in this agreement page(see the attached file), there is no button to continue.
How can we upgade? This is urgent issue.

Could you submit a support ticket to [email protected] with the following information?

• Machine OS (i.e. Windows 7)
• Browser name and version (i.e. Chrome 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit))
• Are there any JavaScript-blocking or Ad-blocking plugins installed?
