hey folks can anyone tell me how to correctly set up the side by side camera for producing 3D content for tv film and animations, I've tried rendering out as side by side , the result is fine when viewed through my HMD but using it on a 3D tv and the images are all pushed down to the bottom of my screen, would it be better to render out as left camera and then right and recompile them in say nuke or after effects or just use side by side , which version is best, off axis or parallel.what should the resolution for the camera also is it dependant on the output device? how do you figure out the dimensions? and how do you adjust the effect of the 3D to make it deeper or shallower?

thanks
best

Hi,
Please, try to render in Over-Under mode with square frame, 4kx4k, with the same settings that are good in your HMD.
ciao Beppe
