cannot log out of octane subscription

Hello there,

I've been using an Octane subscription within C4D on OS, working between my home computer and a virtual desktop on a render farm, logging out and logging in on each computer. This has been going fine until today, when I can no longer log into Octane on the virtual desktop as it says I am still logged in on my home computer. I have logged out of both C4D and the standalone app on my home computer and restarted the machine, but the site and the virtual desktop client are both still saying I'm still logged in. How can I fix this?
