where can I found documentations about Octane Version 4 for C4D ? When I click the help buttons for Octane in Cinema I´ll guided to the V3-Parameter-Documents. But there is no description of the AI Denoiser as example.

Which pages do you mean? V3 documentation contains most of V4 topics. Else of AI denoiser or lightIDs and a few more.

I've dowloaded the latest version of the documentation for the c4d plugin and there is no description of 4er functions ( as example no AI denoiser in camera imager). Where can I found this descriptions ?

There's not any documentation for that. You can gather some info from standalone topics.
