Octane: unknown LiveDB ERROR: 2 when opening LiveDB in Blend

Hello

When I open the LiveDB view in Blender 2.79b I get this error from the OctaneServer:

Octane: unknown LiveDB ERROR: 2

Also in my account the LiveDB page is empty..meaning I can see the material tree but nothing is clickable...

this may be a specific OS issue. I'll report this to the developers.
Any more info about your system and license type (are you on subscription?)?

Hello

Yes, I am on subscription on macOS 10.13.6....

In the standalone OctaneRender I see the LiveDB and can preview it...

Just not in the browser (macOS Safari and Firefox) and on Debian (Firefox).

On blender I can't at the moment since I am waiting since last Thursday that my license is unlocked
after installing and using on Debian in the office...

This normal that preview is fine with LiveDB but when rendered it is always flat?

Thanks for your report. It seems something related to the texture uploading. Not sure whether it is a livedb issue as I didn't reproduce it. Could you please PM me the buggy scene if possible? Thanks.
