Can't Sign Out

Hello.

I need to sign out of my Octane subscription in LightWave to make some changes to the system.
When I go to Options|License Management and then try to sign out it just freezes.

Any help?

Try using an unlock on your OTOY account. Log in > Subscriptions > Unlock the license in question.
