Hi Paul,
Can we get the plugin compiled against the 3.08.5 ? We are at 3.08.2. The latest one support the 2080 TI and I need that to use the 2080 TI I bought. Current plugin says it is unsupported device. And the following link shows 2080 TI being tested with 3.08 version. So I assume the 3.08.5 being the latest release does support the 2080 TI.

Thanks,
Rajib
Update:
No need for the 3.08.5 version Paul. I saw the 4.0 test version and with that the 2080 TI is working. Thanks.

I have updated the STABLE builds at the top of this thread with a build with Octane 3.08.5. This will potentially be the final build of the plugin with Octane 3.
I have also posted an Octane 4 test build at viewtopic.php?f=44&t=69236.
Thanks
Paul

Thanks Paul. Will download that too. I am now running 2 instances of Daz. One with the 4.x version for testing and one with the 3.8x for my main renders.face_off wrote:I have updated the STABLE builds at the top of this thread with a build with Octane 3.08.5. Just an FYI I can't activate Octane 3.08. I get messages saying I don't have a subscription and that my license is only compatible with non-subscription releases.
I reinstalled 3.07 and it works fine.

I'm currently getting an error with Octane plugin 3.8.5.39. I have 2 GTX 980s (I dedicate the secondary for rendering, and the Primary is normal PC operation). I have nVidia driver rev 436.30, and my PC is Windows 7 64 bit. Daz is 4.11.0.383 Pro 64 bit.
Is there something I'm missing with my set up? I haven't Octaned in a while, and I'm using the latest windows 7 patches.
Edit: I noticed I was using 4.04 for the standalone.. and that is rendering the demo scenes from otoy.
