I have tested both 3.08 and 4 RC2 on R20 and both didn't show up motion blur in Picture viewer on the simple camera-cube scene. Same scene in R19 - no problem.
Otherwise, great to test in R20.

Motion Blur is working fine in Viewport, but my final export is always lacking motion blur - anyway to fix it? I'm using octane 3 for c4d r20 currently.

Thanks!

It's old build and had some problems on R20 transition. Try this: viewtopic.php?f=85&t=69176
