I'm looking to buy a 5 seat license for Standalone but i'm unclear about how this will be impacted by the release of V4. Primarily this is for Network rendering along side Cinema 4D (so the plugin release date will come into play as well).
I don't want to drop $2k on licenses to then have to pretty much (within the next few months) have to pay to upgrade to V4 as it's such a dramatic improvement.
Is there any idea on release dates for the C4D plugin and standalone V4?
Any figures on how much it'll cost (if anything) to upgrade should i purchase a stack of standalone licenses now?
OctaneRender 3 upgrade to 4 costs?
