Denoiser still has a big problem with transparency

Denoiser still has a big problem with transparency, specifically glass or any specular material. The denoised pass affects the alpha and makes it much darker.

Also in animation, anything specular, or transparent like glass or windows, will flicker very badly even at 5000-10000 passes.

Someone on the FB page pointed out I should use static noise with animation and it made a huge difference, including on some transparent surfaces.
