geometry artefacts with big camera distance

I tried an arch white model scene creating the horizon with the gismo gh plugin.

When the camera distance is over about 5km the mesh faces become visible in the render.
After getting closer they disappear.

What is causing this?

This is a Kernal->Ray Epsilon setting issue, so try adjusting that setting. However if you have very large and very small polygons in the same scene, you can also subdivide the large polygons.

also model units mater , Meters and Feet is recommend ; when using Centimeters and inch's you will have Floating decimal issued and will corrupt geometry
