I noticed after using the primary video card and octane viewport 3ds max slows down after this especially the modify panel. If you go to poly edit sub objects it gets slow. Eventually PC smut be restarted. Then using octane viewport for a while (especially editing mesh while viewport is on) and max gets slow again. The video is attached. I have 2018.4 not sure why. Clogged vram. OCtane does not clear vram after viewport is opened? I also have 120 gb of ram so it is good on the ram and nvme for a storage. Thanks

Hi coilbook,
did you check "enable material Preview, memory cache, downscaling and File cache"?
Usually first time you open material editor it slows down;
You should connect your monitors to primary graphic card but not use it with Octane (disable it In Octane device).

Hi Paride
even not using the main display card makes 3ds max slow.( moving object, changing textures with octane viewport opened makes max very slow eventually ). may be 2018.4 3ds max bug

Hi guys,
I'm making some test abut your issues.
Actually I see some issues but I can not yet understand.
I check this issue with Nvidia Maxwell graphics cards and/or windows 7 but not usign Pascal series and/or windows 10.
Some of you are using Quandro and GTX graphics cards together?
