Hello,

I think it would be helpful to have an Octane Viewport Visibility Toggle that nested in the Octane Active data panel, and if keyframed, in the Dopesheet.

This would be better than the native Blender Viewport Visibility (eye) toggle, for a couple of reasons.

Efficiency, mainly, and eliminating confusion.

Thank you,
Rick

Hi Rick!

Thank you for your suggestion.

In general duplicating the same functionality in different places of the UI is not a good idea.

Should we add the Blender Viewport Visibility to the Octane Visibility Panel as you're proposing to do, probably also adding the Render Visibility would make a lot of sense.

Since we can already keyframe and animate both options in the outliner, we need to understand if duplicating the same tool somewhere else may create issues.

Can you clarify better from where the current confusion is coming from please?

Thanks!
