Hi,
We have detected a bug in OctaneRender™ for Blender 4.0 RC4 - 16.2.4 [TEST]. When you apply OpenSubDiv to one object, other objects automatically take it even though their OpenSubDiv is disabled.
OpenSubDiv is disabled throughout.
OpenSubDiv is enabled only on the Body, yet the Tentacles and the Wings automatically take it.

Hi Rajiv,
that's an issue with mesh type set to 'global'. You'll have to set the relevant parts to 'scatter' in order to work properly.
There's a similar issue with the normals auto smooth option in the object data panel.
Otoy didn't / can't fix it.
