Optimized Properties Layout 4.0 RC4 - 16.2.4

Hi,

I've tried to do some optimizations on the properties layout in Version 4.
At least the tabs fit again on my screen without scrolling...

If you want to try the layout for yourself copy the ui.py file into the octane addon folder
(don't forget to make a backup of the existing file).

I hope, I didn't break anything. So use at your own risk...

Compared tabs: left side original, right side improved version

Nice! Thanks for sharing. Some panels are now almost 2 time shorter

Can we have this in all future versions dear developers? It's much better organised than the official one.
