Hey.
Checking the Refraction pass doesn't add a node output to the Render Layer node in the Node Editor. The problem is there both in V3.08 as well as 4.0 XB4 - 16.2.

2. That the issue is specific to this plugin, and not Octane in general (Try reproducing it in Standalone)

G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Hey.
I never said that the pass isn't rendering, but that the node is missing in the node editor. So I always have to save the Refraction pass out manually for each rendering/frame.
