Error when launching Octane in C4D R19.053

So I just updated my Windows to below version and am getting an error then freeze every time I go to open Octane Live Viewer in C4D.

Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1803
OS build: 17134.165

I am getting the attached error message every time I try and launch Octane live viewer within C4D R19.053. It simply freezes and doesn't let me operate C4D from this point. I'm able to operate C4D fine until I launch Octane.

Anyone please help me with this issue or know a solution?

It's an activation problem on latest release. Run standalone and make activation, then plugin will work.
