Hi,



Looked around for an answer for this but couldn't find anything except this old thread which the poster never got an answer. So asking again.

"What I'm looking for is assigning different materials, not just a channel. Like randomly assigning plastic and wood materials to clones, whereby each material has its own set of diffuse, bump, reflection, etc."

Couldn't put it better myself, any way to do this?

On newer version i suppose, Blend material with various materials in there, and all driven via a gradient in complex mode and a random color. Same setup as random textures.
I dont use latest version but theoritically this should work.
