Create intermediate directory ON default value

Create intermediate directory default on ON.
I know this is silly and so easy to tweak a custom version with this always on but i just can't understand why putting this off as Houdini classic paradigm is to use default on. Let stay consistant with Houdini will be more confy.
I can't count the number of time i forgot to put this ON.
A particular scenario where keeping this thing off is usefull ?

No real reason. I've changed the default value for the next Octane 3.08/4.00 builds.
