Offline Mode ?

So, I was told Octane C4D 3.08.2 would have offline mode after 3.08.1 did not have this.
Now 3.08.2 is out and still no offline mode. I've been waiting patiently and now I'm pretty angry !
What is going on & will this be the case moving forward ?
Apparently I can't sell my license, yet it's worth very little to me without offline mode. So I'm totally stuck at this point wondering if I'll ever be able to update ever again.

This version (3.08.2) doesn't have an offline mode yet. We are currently finishing a new system which unfortunately didn't make it into this version yet, but we hope to have something available very soon (I am talking of a couple of weeks not months). Again, apologies for the delay.
