C4D Stop working when download material from Live DB

Everytime that i try to download a material from liveDB my C4D freeze completely. How can i fix this problem? The program don't give me an error message and the Task Manager shows the program running normaly.

Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700
RAM: 32GB
GPU: GTX 1080 Ti
Cinema 4D R18.057
Octane C4D Plugin Version 3.08
Octane Standalone: 3.08

I had this issue also on that version, i've not had it a single time when using the latest V4 XB3 release though.

You can fix it if you use latest versions.
