I'm stuck in my progress with a problem between Substance Painter and Octane. There are a bunch of tutorials on C4D but none on 3ds Max or just the standalone version of Octane itself for using Substance Painter. I have a model that I painted using Substance Painter, but when I export the textures (I tried multiple options including the metalrough PBR and even creating my own specific configuration for Octane).. but every time I import these textures into Octane standalone, the applied material looks completely off. I saw that there was a specific Substance PBR material in the LiveDB, but even when I had the texture maps in their proper slots the model just looked like garbage. All of the textures I painted with in Substance Painter looked like they were drawn using a marker. There was no depth, reflections, the normal map didn't affect the model in any way either, the only thing I was able to see was the diffuse map but even it looked way different than it was supposed to. I'll attach a picture of what the textures look like in Substance along with what it looks like in Octane. This is a really frustrating problem, can somebody help me figure this out. Thank you

thanks for replying, I applied and sorted the textures the same way as in the picture and tried playing with some of the settings but the result is the same as the pictured I posted earlier, except now it has some more roughness and reflections. But it still looks nothing like I am trying to achieve. :/paride4331 wrote:Hi dandoozled,
