Oh thanks i ll w8 for it.
Btw quick test of viewport rendering is awesome! May i also ask about camera imager order: what is the choice here for having octane behave like in prev versions (with its own luts that is)? thanks a lot man, great release so far
Version 3.08.1-R4 (obsolete stable)

It was mistakenly added in options of previous version. It's not a part of V3.mpazera wrote:I can't find universal material in 3.08.1-R2

I have some issues with 3.08.1-R2.
I tested different nvidia drivers but had no success. IPR works fine but when starting even a simple render with a spinning cube, octane renders frame 0 and the stops. When closing the PictureViewer Cinema does not respond and i have to kill it in task manager. I also tried different projects. I had to go back to 3.08-RC3 to get my jobs done. Now i'm on 390.77. The newer one showed cuda errors in octane log.
Cinema is on 18.057.
Any idea what could cause the stable version to behave like this?

Try clean installs and be aware of Win10 problems. You need a stable setup for stable gpu rendering.fibernaut wrote: Any idea what could cause the stable version to behave like this?

Hi, i got a scene that crashes on first frame. Here is the bug report. Its just a statue. It also crashes when i try to save no matter format or size in a scene with a single cube. If i dont press "save beauty" it just stucks on the 2nd frame forever... Thoughts?
edit: this happens in R18 but not in R19 (which is a clean install atm with only octane. maybe some plugin conflict of some short?)
