Displacement Issue AND Chrome Issue

Hello Octane Fans.

I have a simple test scene that I'm hoping someone has the time to download and adjust so i can learn from. Usually i use displacement maps no problem. Just load a 32Bit Tif and adjust the "Mid Level" and its good to go. But in this situation it doesn't really work that well.

Also, I am having a problem achieving a good chrome metal look. Mine and the one of LiveDB look so fake. Can you see if you can make any adjustments there as well?

The attachment contains the HDRI that I'm using as well as any supported files.

Also, I am not using octane 4 i can't upgrade till the project is finished.
