Open DB crashes C4D

I have an install of C4D R19 with Octane 3.08 on windows 10.

Recently it has started to crash when trying to download any resource from LiveDB.
Even a restarted machine and new file crashes. Has anyone else had issues?

It may not be related but recently Windows 10 performed a substantial update (version 1803).

Any help welcomed

Hi, I also get this issue, is not only a crash is also unresponsive, slow, the search field does not work. I use it on Mac and it works great (although the search field is not ok on both) but on windows 10/c4d r19 (latest)/octane latest I just cannot use it.
