Hi guys, thanks for all your responses. I managed to fix it simply by downloading it again and overwrite the exe file. And it works, but i have other problem now, the scene (once i export it using plugin in directlight mode) has some sort of circular pattern as shown on attached. I normaly increased the rayepsilon and the pattern gone. What causing this and is it the right way to remove it (increasing the rayepsilon).

Also. i have another problem with the actual mesh after export. Some geometries seems to have normal pointing to different dirrection. If i use KillaD plug in, how do i make the mesh looks exactly what it is on the max..? (properly exported)

sublime, those circular patterns always have to do with scale being to big, you should work in meters, check, in max, your unit setup and your unit system setup (2 different things), both should be in meters, then most likely all the weird circular patterns would go away, if not, move your whole mesh close to the 0,0 point (this is a well known max limitation that affects it's internal exporter), far away from the zero objects can have unexpected behavior.
Increasing the rayepsilon changes the distance the shadow is casted from the object (I think), much like "shadow maps" bias value in max. So is really not a solution but a workaround that won't fix your scene.

hi kubo, thanks for that. Problem sorted, but how do we get to export the geometries properly using plugin? At the moment, many geometries are exported weird as shown. Any solution for this? Thanks.

uncheck the "weird" materials smooth bool value, see if that helps
