My current rig which I built a few years ago has a single GTX 980 TI from MSI using a blower style cooler.

I'm currently looking for options to add a GTX 1080 TI so I could dedicate that card to rendering, while I use my 980 TI dedicated to display. My question is, for those of you running multiple GPU's in your PC, what kind of cooling solution are they? Are they all blower style coolers to dump the hot air outside the case? Or are they the more common aftermarket Open-Air solutions? A combination of both?

I have a full sized case and pretty decent airflow, but I'm not sure how an open air solution would affect the temperatures. Very curious to know what you guys are running.

Thanks.

EDIT: This is the case I'm using right now:
