UPDATE: 1st Dec

Here is what iv done so far now since im on holidays i will be working on it more often:

Hello guys,

Here is a nice off topic post.
My first character/lip sync animation.
It was painfully render in blender internal.
In the new 2.54 beta :D.

I will be doing a longer version with some background objects [My specialty]
And if i remember it will be finished next week.

EDIT:

I have just animated another 20 more seconds.
This will definitely be a Blender internal render animation, since the 2.5 script isent out yet.
:D

Yeah its a shame the 2.5 script isent out yet.
I REALLY hate the blender internal render, in octane i can set a photo real scene within 5 min and it would take 6 min to render.
I dont even know how to achieve a photo-real sunlight shine in blender, i have been painfully testing using lamps and such,
And the AO and the environment lighting is not working for me :(

The good side, i have animated a WHOLE lot more, which is 3 times that amount in the video :)
I was never good at animating, this is my first offical try, and i have got to say, ITS EASY im very proud of my self.
hmm actually its only easy when you have a model that is properly rigged and wieght painted, i hate doing those two things i never get it right, thats why im a interior modeler hoping to be as good as enricocerica within a few years.

The promotional poster will be a octane render of it :)

I'm almost in the same situation. I have made a good character rig, but my weight painting is rather bad and I still have problems with some joints (shoulders and elbows, mainly). I think that I should try with weight + Enveloppes. I never used enveloppes, but I think that they could preserve from bad folds.

As I prefer modelling, I always find something new to do instead of improving my rig/weight/animation !

ok i have gotten my sunlight and it only took an hour :D.
The sunlight is the main source with some area lights to make it so the sun is illuminating the room.

Time to do some UV mapping/texturing

I needed help to improve my sunlight so i pmed Mr price and he gave me some pointers.
I also slapped some col, nor, spec maps to the walls and floors.

Doing rendering in the blenders internal gives me some memory's back when i was a noob lol

I now need to add a:

~Window
>>>>>>Bars<Wood>, glass, curtains {simulation}
~Bottom Floor sides
~Texture the knobs
~Texture the Props near the bird
~Change Sun position
