Can't post in the licensed customers forum

A public forum for discussing and asking questions about the demo version of Octane Render.

Hi, I have a standalone + c4d license but can't post on the licensed customers forum. Why is that? What do I need to do to post?

please, visit your user account page, by pressing the Sign-in button, and check which forum username is connected with your licenses:

Hello

I don't see anything in my account for forum options....

Should this be visible also for subscription customers?
And where should this option be in the account profile?

This has been solved by OTOY support team....they had to enable it manually..
Now I am able to download release candidates and post into customers forums...
Debian 10.2 on AMD 1950X, 64GB RAM, 2 * RTX2080Ti
