R19 not starting up when Octane is installed

Hey guys,

i've recently updated to r19, and i encountered a problem, that when i start up cinema4d, it quits after the loading screen without any error message or anything. When I delete octane from the plugins folder, it does start up without any problem.

Octane version: 3.08
C4D version: R19.053

what could be the problem?

Windows? Mac? Any other specs?
Does Octane standalone launch without issue?
Do you have any other plugins that you could temporarily remove to see if they are interfering?

Im on win10, on a fresh install, one of the first things i installed was c4d. Standalone launches without a problem, and i've tried to uninstall every other c4d plugins and leave octane only, but the result was the same
