Hi and Low GPU Utilization in Octane

Hey people 8-)

I have a question regarding GPU Utilization.

System GPUs =
1 Quadro K4000
1 GeForce GTX 1070 Hybrid


The Quadro is always at around 98% Utilization but the GTX goes from 98% for a few seconds then down to 70% very sporadically, sometimes it goes down to 00%. Is this normal? Maybe its solving a bucket of info and goes down to a lower utilization percentage while the GPU gets more info to process? See screenshots. Please note: it doesnt always go down to 0%, mostly its between 98% and 40%.

please, use GPU-Z for monitoring the sensors of the GPUs while rendering:
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
In particular, GPU Temperature, GPU Load, and, Power Consumption.
