Its not coming at all.
Refractive has come up with something else that works better on GPU.
Apparently its in development and not too far away.
Keep rendering and see what arrives when it arrives ;)

Yeah, I was refering to that new method actualy.
Well, I'd realy like to render interior, but the noise and time needed to it I just cant afford.

you can probably render it fast and clean, you just need tutorials / documentation and more bugfixes (2.3 v5 fixes the last known non-unbiased firefly bug we know off).

We're working on getting some tutorial videos out soon.
Let's focus on finishing the v5 first, then we'll have some time to do documentation (25% of our team, and the rest will focus %100 on the new MLT replacement kernel'
