multiple graphics cards

Hello,

i want to add a second graphics card in my computer.

Ihave this one :

and i want to add this one :
https://www.materiel.net/carte-graphiqu ... 43131.html

it's very close but this cards are not exactly the same same. it's gonna work correctly if i do this ?
I prefer ask the question before buying in case i missed something important about compatibilities.
