Material map node implemented in C4D

Hi,
the Material Map node in Standalone is designed to assign different materials to different copies of the same mesh node.
You don’t need such feature in c4doctane, since the geometry is handled directly inside c4d. Standalone is limited, and needs this particular node, and has any specific option for displacement. If you don’t use a placement node, you are having the same mesh twice in the same place, with two different materials.
ciao Beppe
