Corect Response Settings

Hello Forum,
can anyone tell me which are the right settings for the imager in version 3.08 RC3? For a simple hdr-workflow i normally used response type linear and for Gamma i set 2.2.
Now i have the option to change between srgb, Gamma 2.2, 1.8 and linear. Linear seem a little bit to dark and the other ones to bright. Which setting is similar to the
ones from 3.07?
