Recently I installed Daz 3d, with the intention to prepare a figure based on the genesis 8 character.
I made the character ready in Daz, following this tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtkhSbR7Mn4

When imported in c4d all looks fine. Only in c4d, when I zoom in the face, the eyes are not smooth, they have sharp edges.
In my Daz preview they looked smooth. In the attach you can see the difference between the preview of daz and c4d.

My plan is to control the eyes in c4d, like in the tutorial explained.

Is there any way or trick to smoothen out the eyes?

Hi timpeters,
you need to assign a Speculat material (or Glossy with falloff opacity) to the white parts, and eventually hide them in viewport.
