What do you ask for Blend material? It's actually a different form of mixed materials to provide a more organised way. Whole parameters are same as octane materials.

Hi slepy8,
the Sheen parameter is part of the Metallic shader => PBR translation, and used, in general, for simulating clothes and velet.
For a diffuse cloth, set the Specular and Specular Map to 0 Black, and use the sheen color pin to indicate the color of the reflectance. And also use the roughness slider for controlling the roughness of the cloth: About the Irradiance pin in the Kernel node, nevermind, it is only useful for Unity integration, and it is roughly similar to the Clay render mode.
