Hello:
I was wondering if anyone here knows how to make a material like the one on the vinyl record (attached). The image is from a turbosquid item.
I have tried using a bump with a image made in photoshop with some noise and radial blur, but the bump is very jaggy and rough.
Any ideas?

Thank you.
rooster.

Hi rooster,
you should use anisotropy effect on your vinyls and normal map also, on the net you can find various useful maps looking for vinyl normal map texture.
and try taking a look here:

Thanks paride4331!
I'll try it out.
In one of the links you provided I noticed in the screen shot the Octane version was 3.08 preview.
Currently I'm on 3.07. How do I upgrade. Also I'm a subscription user.

Thank you
