2018 crash when using open vdb files

Hello,

I was wondering if this is an Octane bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

Start from an empty scene and switch to perspective view. Add a null, in object properties add an Octane Volumetrics, load a vdb file. Switch to camera view using the keypad shortcut. At this point layout crashes every time.

This problem is related to what I think is a bug in LW 2018. I've reported it to the LW developers to investigate it, but fortunately a workaround on the plugin side is easy to add, so in any case, this problem will be fixed in the next Octane plugin build.
