Difference between path tracing and pmc in LW 2018

I am using the last version of LIGHTWAVE 2018 and the last version of octane pluguin 3.08.0.7

And noticed something strange with PMC KERNEL, It is very different from PMC. I am attaching the scene file for testing.

Something like that has been reported in the Standalone subforum. It seems that there is a problem with the PMC kernel that will be fixed in the next build.
