Substance Painter matching exact or very close?

Alright, I keep searching and searching and I am aware of the PBR preset on the live db. There is like 10 of them that show up on there. Assuming they are all the same? But I can't get my render to match the substance render. Even when I use the same hdr. I can get it to work perfect with the Substance to Modo to Octane workflow. But can't get it with C4d. I found one video of a guy setting up the preset from the livedb online. But it was like in french. I followed what he was doing though and it got kind of close. But no where as close as the modo/octane did.

Any update on this? Most of the search results I had were from 2016, and only a few from 2017. Basically just want to be able to set this so it matches substance painter so we can share assets better through our studio. But can't have different results like this.

Hi LFedit,
did you try to save the substance material from Modo in localDB, and import back in c4d?
What about the camera imager settings?
Are you working in linear mode in both plugins?

Good idea. I got it. I took the texture that was working in modo. Sent it to the standalone. Saved to the localdb. Applied it in c4d and it worked. So now I will save this material that worked as a preset and just change the image maps for future textures.

Can you upload the exported c4d preset? Or can we find it in the DB?

Yes, if you could share that material it would be awesome. Having the same exact problem except I don't have modo.
