Hi Juanjo,

I'm trying to activate Octane on a machine. I can login and activate in octane standalone no problem, I can log onto the site... but in houdini it says my logins don't match.

Any idea what could be causing this?

I have the shelf tools and environment setup.

I get a few python errors on startup for houdini, perhaps that could be it.

Hi,

The plugin should open the licensing window if the license is not activated automatically due to the lack of a valid user/password or license. What kind of errors do you get? Probably you have a configuration problem with the PATH variable of with the plugin version, and the plugin is not loaded at all.

I got it up and running thanks, it was a Linux drive permissions issue.
