Issues with OctaneVR Subscription

So recently I paid for an OVR subscription through paypal and patiently waited for my confirmation and download to show up, but over 24 hours later still nothing even though my card was charged and there were no issues on my end. I sent an email to support and was told that the issue would be sent to the New Zealand support team but have gotten no response past that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This generally don't happen. Will you check your email address used in PayPal? And you sure you've used correct email address while purchasing the OVR subscription? Just in case.
