I was wondering if you guys had considered letting people use Octane Render as a light bake/ ao bake engine. Not a view based one but one that would bake & output map of the combined uv's of the obj file. Think the inclusion of that feature would generate additional customers from the game engine crowd.
Would this be hard to do? Is all that information available at all times on a gpu renderer? Baking large light and ao maps are painful(ly slow) in mental ray when you want really high quality output...
