Hello,

please help with IES Lights in DAZ3d Octane Plugin.

I use a Plane Object from DAZ an made it in the Plugin as IES light. So far so good.
But how can I change the direction? I want to use it as a spotlight and want to change the direction of the light in all directions.

For example 45° through a room.

Thanks
Michael

Hi - pls see https://docs.otoy.com/StandaloneH_STA/S ... ckbody.htm
Distribution

The distribution controls the pattern of the light. This can be set to an Image (Greyscale/RGB) so that an image texture or IES file can be loaded, the orientation or direction of the light is then adjusted through the image texture’s projection nodes.
