HI, I wonder if Release candidate are notified by email to the customers because I found that I actually missed pre2.3_2 but now downloaded the pre23_3, am I missing something in my settings here in my control panel?

these are pre test releases, not release candidates.
sending a mailing to non-technical commercial users for these releases would'nt be a good idea at this point,
it would create too much confusion and uncomplete problem reports.
