Hi,
Just wondering if there's any news of the next update for the plugin?
I'm really needing the new toon shading for my latest project, which was part of the latest standalone update.
Cheers
ETA on plugin update?

Hi,
I'll release a new plugin build really soon with the first 3.08 Octane features, probably starting with the new toon shading, the improved glossy and specular materials and the new metallic material. Some more work is going to be needed to fully support the OSL nodes, due to the complexity of support this kind of nodes with dynamic parameters using the limited (and ancient) LW SDK nodal architecture.
Thanks,
-Juanjo

Hi Juanjo, Thanks for you support.
Because LW skd is old, Is this something that We owner of the LW pluguin should be worried? Sometimes I am thinking to start learning a new program.
Do you have any contact at Newtek to talk about the old LW SDK? They say anything about updating LW SdK in the next version?
Thanks,
Saulo

Thanks for your answer! What is DCCs?
